A Special Meeting of the ATA Federal Executives was held Monday 11 August to review the Rules of the Australian Trainers’ Association.
Changes to the rules were necessary as a result of Fair Work Australia’s amendments to Rules pertaining to Organisations.
A copy of the Rules of the Australian Trainers’ Association, (with tracked changes which have been suggested following a review of the Rules by ATA Solicitors and the Fair Work Commission), were available on the ATA’s website for review and feedback by Members.
Consideration to the alterations was given at the Special Meeting of ATA Federal Executives, with all Members in attendance voting in favour of the alterations.
The alterations have now been lodged with the Fair Work Commission for certification.
