Restrictions on horses permitted to barrier trial, as printed in each edition of Racing Ahead, will be strictly enforced from 1 October 2014.
Trainers are advised to familiarise themselves with the eligibility restrictions for horses to trial. Horses not eligible to trial will have their nomination automatically withdrawn before trial fields are released.
Trainers wishing to trial a horse not eligible under the standard conditions must indicate this at the time of lodging the nomination and is subject to a further fee of $100 (additional to the standard trial fee).
