Champion rider, William Pike, claimed his seventh win in the jockey’s premiership at the completion of the 2014-15 racing season at Belmont on Wednesday.
Pike, who spent three months on the sidelines with a shoulder injury after a barrier mishap, advanced to 81 wins courtesy of Rikki Tikki Tava.
The champion hoop finished ahead of gun apprentices, Lucy Warwick, who rode 66 ½ winners and Joe Azzopardi 46.
The race for the Trainer’s title was closer with Adam Durrant preparing 69 ½ winners, 7 ½ clear of Neville Parnham.
Parnham, a 13-time premiership champion, ended the season with three winners: Loopy’s Ladies, Military Service and Phantom Choice.
