Nominations for the 2021 Tabtouch Masters at Ascot were released today (Monday) with strong representation from leading trainers across Australia.

Despite Covid-19 travel restrictions, the Ciaron Maher and David Eustace team, James Cummings, Kris Lees, Tony Golan and Peter Moody have nominated runners.

Maher and Eustace have nominated 18 runners for three $1 million Group 1 races: the Winterbottom Stakes, the Railway Stakes, the Kingston Town Stakes and the Group 2 WA Guineas.

Fan favourite Kementari is among seven nominations from James Cumming and his Godolphin team.

Kementari was a popular winner of the Group 3 Scahill Stakes at Ascot last year and was a last start Group 2 winner of the Gilgai Stakes at Flemington.

Tony and Calvin McEvoy, winners of the Winterbottom Stakes with Hey Doc, are looking for Savatoxl and Dispatch to repeat the dose.

Savatoxl won the Group 1 Goodwood in Adelaide last May and on Saturday took out the Group 2 Schillaci Stakes at Caulfield.

Of 288 nominations for the Railway Stakes, Kingston Town Classic, Winterbottom Stakes and WA Guineas, 43 are from interstate.
